Can I buy plain stock without a logo?

Yes the prices on this website are for plain stock. Just add to cart and checkout.

How do I pay for plain stock?

Accounts will email through an invoice after checkout. There will be a link on the invoice to pay by credit card, paypay or direct deposit.

Can we have our logo?

YESSS The prices on our website don’t include a logo. Just hit get a quote, give us some info and we will come back to you with custom pricing.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order value is $200 for plain stock. Min print or embroidery run is 50+ Fully custom made product minimum is 100.

Can I get a bulk discount?

Yes our prices are based on min Qty 50+ We offer further discounts at 100, 250, 500 etc.

We need 1000s Can you handle big jobs?

Absolutely yes no job too big. If you need large Qtys we can take your factory direct without the risk saving you time and money.

How do I pay for customised products?

Once you are happy with your quote account will send through a tax invoice. 50% deposit gets your job into production for sampling. The balance is due when your job is complete. There will be a link on the invoice to pay by credit card, paypay or direct deposit.

Do you take AMEX

Our bank doesn’t enable this sorry.

How long is delivery?

Standard answer is plain stock 3-5 days. Customised sample images 3-5 days. Delivery 10-14 from your sample approval. If you have an event date coming up and need it sooner ask us.

Where are you based?

We are Australia wide. Our stock and production is in WA. QLD, NSW and VIC. Our head office is in SA but don’t hold that against us. We deliver from the closest warehouse to you.

What sort of artwork do you need?

Anything. A photo of the sign on your truck. A scribble on a serviette during a late night pub brainstorm. We redraw to print ready quality as part of our service.

Do we get to see a sample?

Yes we always sample first. Blank samples are free and a good start to get a feel for the quality and fit. Due to the cost of setup we need a firm order to sample your job. Sample images come through 3-5 days from your 50% deposit. Most of our customers are so excited when they see the photo with their logo they are happy to approve it from an image.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind, you have a 14 day window to return any unwanted plain stock and we will only retain the freight costs. If your job is customised and you have changed your mind you will need to pay for work done so far. If stock turns out to be faulty and you haven’t breached any care or laundering instructions we will replace it. If we make a mistake you don’t pay. Simple. (These things rarely happen but we have to cover it)

Do you deliver overseas?

We can deliver our stock range to any address within Australia. In some cases we can arrange our factory to deliver a bulk orderdirectly to your off-shore address. Ask us.
